Overview

Developed and customized ERPNext solutions for enterprise clients by extending business workflows without modifying the ERPNext core framework. Built custom modules, automated processes, integrated third-party services, generated advanced business reports, and explored AI-powered ERP capabilities through Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents.

The Problem

Every organization follows unique business processes that standard ERP systems cannot fully support. Clients required customized workflows, automated business operations, better reporting, third-party integrations, and intelligent access to business data without compromising future ERPNext upgrades.

The Challenge

The biggest challenge was extending ERPNext while keeping the core framework untouched, ensuring future upgrades remained seamless. Each client required different workflows, custom data models, integrations, and reports. In addition, exploring AI-powered ERP features required researching RAG architectures and AI agents to retrieve business information intelligently from enterprise data.

My Approach
